Leica SP5 Inverted - The Leica SP5 confocal microscope is equipped with:

• A spectral detection and six laser lines available for excitation (458, 465, 488, 496, 514, and 633 nm);
• A Ti: Sapphire pulsed laser (710-990 nm, 100 fs, 80 MHz);
• TCSPC module coupled to a DCC-100 PMT for FLIM;
• Autocorrelator and two avalanche photodiode detectors (APDs) set for single molecule FCS.
